QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must be a graduate of an
accredited
program for occupational therapy assistants and be certified by the
National
Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must have demonstrated
clinical skills in pediatric occupational therapy principles and
techniques.
Must be able to hear, see, talk, reach, handle, stoop and lift up to 50
pounds.
Must demonstrate familiarity with multicultural background of clients
and be
able to serve and effectively communicate with children, families,
co-workers,
and the public. Must have access to a car and hold a valid Virginia
Drivers License.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
Ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, flexibility,
organizational
skills, and high energy level. Experience with children and early
childhood
development knowledge.
